Communal award:
The Communal Award of 1931 by Ramsay MacDonald leads to reservations in seats for depressed classes or untouchables i.e. scavenger ethnicities of India.
The Communal Award was made by the British prime minister Ramsay MacDonald on 16 August 1932 granting separate electorates in India for the Forward Caste, Muslims, Buddhists, Sikhs, Indian Christians, Anglo-Indians, Europeans and Depressed Classes etc. The principle of weightage was also applied.

SCs are studying at higher levels than other OCs, this is because they get scholarship, fee refund, and priority selections and priority promotions.
More the degrees, more the scholarships. That's why SCs study upto Ph.D. level.
Dalits are Highly pampered races of india due to reservation.
Reservation results in sub standard students and sub standard employees being selected and they are informally and popularly known as reservation stuff.
Dalits are effectively a serious burden on state exchequer in the form of various truly unworthy reservation benefits.

For, ‘caste discrimination’ is valid only if there is a ‘caste’. Conversion to Christianity is done to escape caste, on the promise of ‘equality before Christ’. Hence, the demand appears invalid, malafide.
